We believe in growing, equipping, and sending leaders in whatever capacity the Lord calls them. Women who complete a short application process may be invited to participate in our Women’s Cohort—an intentional space designed to train, equip, and release women into their God-given gifts and callings.

 

This cohort exists to develop confident, grounded leaders who are formed both spiritually and practically. Participants learn how to teach and minister to others while walking closely alongside existing leaders. Throughout the year, women may have opportunities to teach and step into more active leadership roles within our Unbound studies and courses.

 

The cohort meets once per week, with an additional two-day Women’s Gathering held in late July or early August.

 

The Women’s Cohort is a minimum one-year commitment and launches each September.

• APEST assessment

• Leadership style profile

• A personalized “User Guide to You”

 

Biblical Leadership & Sustainable Ministry

• Qualities of biblical leadership

• Life and ministry balance

• Personalized rhythms for moms, wives, friends, and pastors

• Spiritual practices and devotional life

 

Doctrine & Theology

• Foundational theological training for ministry and leadership

 

Introduction to Preaching

• Preparation and delivery of a sermon

• Digital copy and personalized evaluation of your preached message

 

The cohort also includes a professional headshot and the option for continued mentorship opportunities following the conclusion of the program.
